1. Services Provided
Her Wealth provides educational and advisory services related to consumer credit. Services may include:

Consultation sessions

Credit education and guidance

Strategic advice regarding credit positioning and financial awareness
Clients acknowledge that these services are educational and advisory in nature. No specific credit score increases, account deletions, or financial outcomes are guaranteed or implied.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information

Actively participate in consultation sessions

Respond to requests for documentation and information in a timely manner

Understand that outcomes depend on external factors such as reporting agencies and creditor actions
3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All fees must be paid prior to receiving services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting payment, clients authorize Her Wealth to charge the agreed-upon amount.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation and advisory service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Digital products or educational materials delivered electronically are non-refundable.

Billing disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
5. Confidentiality
Her Wealth will treat all client information as confidential and will not share personal information with third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Her Wealth is not responsible for decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, or other third parties.
Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of [Delaware/USA]. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable law within this jurisdiction.
8. Acceptance
By purchasing services or booking a consultation through Her Wealth, you agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
