All services provided are educational and consulting-based. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that no specific credit score increase or outcome is guaranteed.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, and educational resources are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access delivery.

Credit Consulting & Advisory Services

Due to the time, analysis, and strategic preparation involved, service fees are non-refundable once work has begun on your file.

If you wish to cancel ongoing services, you must submit written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests do not apply retroactively to services already rendered.

Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact us directly within 7 days of the transaction date so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
